We have established an effective quality management system in the form of QA Dept. and QC Dept., separately taking charge of quality inspection and quality supervision. The QA Dept. and QC Dept. are responsible for the evaluation of material suppliers, the procurement of raw material and excipients, the entry of warehouse, the process of production, the release of the products and feedbacks of customers.
To guarantee the process of manufacture and inspection, we are equipped with advanced instruments and apparatus, such as HPLC, GC, UV, IR, automatic polarimeter, digital melting point meter, and automatic water determination apparatus etc.
Not only do we conduct the development, manufacture and management subjecting to the cGMP, TSP, SMP and SOP, but we are also improving the quality management system by patrol inspection, regular inspection and regular quality reports, etc.
What is more, we attach great importance to the routine training of personnel to ensure that the staff perform the whole system complying to the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSMS18000.
